Company Overview
Established in 1985 and boasting a Class A General Contracting License, Franklin Development Corporation has built more than 1300 businesses, residences, churches, schools, and restaurants. We are headquartered in Riverview, FL but operate in all of Central Florida. Our sub-contracting base is incredibly strong as we are known for paying “on-time, all the time” and provide our sub-contractors with accurate and dependable schedules. Our staff is experienced in all types of commercial and residential construction.
